Swimming in Chester Creek

Jude, Jax, Liesl, Jodie and I went hiking through Chester and took a dip in the Chester Creek. We played in the cold water, sat in a waterfall and tried to catch minnows. It was a super fun day.

Jude and Jax have been enjoying spending time a the pool, swimming and treat time.

Jude, Jax and I had a wonderful time up at the cabin. We fished, swam, took saunas, ate great food, made smores, fed chippy, pet chippy and even picked up chippy. Oh the cabin life. The weather was beautiful, the water was perfect for swimming and there is nothing like taking a sauna and jumping in the lake. We had walleye for dinner or as Jude and Jax call it chicken fish. There was a trip to Handbergs for icecream and lots of boat rides. Jude and Jax even got to drive the kid boat. Talk about exciting!!! Jude and Papa went fishing and Jude was very proud to bring home three walleye. What a great time!!!! I can't wait to do it again.

Vacation at the Cabin

Wonderful 4th of July!

We had a big group at the house this year for our anual 4th of July party. There had to be at least 30 kids, what a riot! The fireworks were wonderful, the kids were great and the company was fantastic like always. We could not have asked for a better day.
