3 boys

Jax Cal and Jude had fun visiting on Saturday. It was nice to have Amanda and Brian over for the afternoon. We will miss them when they move to Connecitcut....sad! However, visiting the east coast does sound like fun. Still we would rather have them in MN. And really who am I kidding, like I can leave any time soon, I am lucky to go to the grocery store alone these days.

Cal and Jude

Jude and Cal

Jude's cousin Cal visited on Saturday. Cal loved Jude's blonde hair and tried to grab it every chance he got.

So cute

Rory loved his new cousin Jax.

Papa time

Jax was spoiled on Sunday he was held almost all day. Boy is Monday going to be a bummer when we are home and I have to get things done and am not holding him all day. Poor Jax!

Buddies

Jude and his cousin Rory had a great time playing together on Sunday. It is so fun to see Jude having such a great time. Burke and I just don't bring the level of fun that his cousins do.

Skateborder

I am still not sure how Jude talked me into buying him a skateboard. He is only two and a half and I am already falling for his wit and charm. He got it from his dad...I'm in trouble!

Brothers

Jude and Jax looking cute for the camera. I have to take as many pictures as I can now while they let me.

Tatoos by Jude

Jude was busy making a birthday card for his Papa. His mother was obviously not paying close enough attention to him as he proceeded to color all over himself. Head, face, belly, arms, and legs. Little by little as the day progressed I found more and more marker. Thank goodness their washable.

Touchdown

Jax spent some time on Sunday watching the Vikings with his dad. We were so suprised when we noticed that Jax, obviously very advanced for his age, was giving the touchdown signal.

Grandma Great

Jax met his Great Grandma the other day. I think they hit it off.

Jude and Jax

We are happy to announce that Jude still likes his brother. However, he has said a couple of times when he wants something that we can "just set him over there" refering to his brother.

Jax now two weeks old

Here is Jax now a whopping two weeks old.

One week old

Here is baby Jax, one week old. He is getting bigger and eating and sleeping better, well kind of. We love the new addition to our family, regardless of the zombie like state we are in. He is beautiful and we love him.

1st snow

Jude went out side to help Burke put away all of the out door things we should have put away last weekend....oh yeah we had a baby last weekend.
So here it is snowing in Duluth on 11/08/08. Our first snow fall of the season. Jude was just excited to wear his snowsuit.

Jax day 5

Lazy morning in bed

All smiles

Jude still likes being a big brother. He is very protective and does not like when people come over and want to hold Jax. He demands that they give his baby back. It is sweet and some what challenging all at the same time.

Waiting for the treaters

Jude and Liesl

Halloween

With the arival of Jax last Saturday I totally forgot about posting some Halloween pictures. Jude had a pretty good time handing out candy at his cousin Liesl's house. If you ask him about Halloween he will tell you "the treaters scared me and took all of the candy". In reality he loved the "treaters" and his last day as an only child.

Brothers

Jude would like to introduce his baby brother, Jax Cope Edgerton. Jax was born on November 1st at 11:59. He was 6.9 pounds and 19 inches long. He is a really good baby and we are so happy to have him join our family. Jude is very excited to be a big brother....we hope it lasts. We are all doing really well and are glad to have our family home.
