Curious George birthday party

Dinasours

Jude and Rory love dinasours and were lucky enough to each get a dinasour for their birthday.

No whipped cream

Uncle Brent was squirting whipped cream in everyone's mouth; who doesn't like whipped cream..... well, that would be Jude. Who was trumatized but only for a minute or two.

Jude and Rory

Jude and Rory are heloing themselves to some of their Curious George Birthday cake. Jude and Rory's birthdays are 3 weeks apart so it is fun to combo the party.

Working it out

Jax is not shy when it comes to releasing his bowels. Too bad for my cousing Heather who was holding him at the time. HA!

tired after a long day of skiing

Jude Burke and I met a bunch of Jude's cousins, aunts and his Papa for a day of skiing at Giants Ridge. Jude did great, we were so suprised at how quickly he caught on. He took two runs with Papa holding on to him and them he wanted to go by himself. Jude went down the hill by himself with Papa or with me by his side bommong the hill. Burke would catch him at the bottom. Jude kept on wanting to go again and again so up the magic carpet he went and down teh hill he came. After a bunch of runs Jude advanced to the larger of the two bunny hills and went up the J-bar with his Papa. We are thrilled that he likes skiing so much. Mom even got to get in a couple of runs after a couple of years off (being pregnant and skiing is not such a good combo) it felt great to get out there again. I can not wait until Jude and Jax are big enough for all of us to go skiing together. Super fun!!!

Happy Birthday Granny Karen

We went out to brunch for Jude and Jax's birthday where Jude presented his granny with a beautiful picture.

Hockey Player

Jude still likes hockey, however he maybe a little confused about the uniforms.

Twins

I wish I had a scanner to scan a picture of jude at 4 months, laying on his side looking at us. This picture of Jax is exactly the same. It is freakish. It is almost impossible to tell the pictures apart.

Disco rules

On any given day you can find us dancing around the house. Jude is mid-move, it is a little blurry but definatly blog worthy.

Cereal yumm

Jax is now enjoying some of the fine foods offered to 4 month olds, yep thats right rice cereal.

Brothers

I will hug him and squeeze him and pet him and call him jax.

Jude and Jax spending some quality brother time together.

4 months old!!!

Sitting

Jax is getting the hang of sitting, with the assistance of pillows. He is getting so funny with his noises and giggles and gummy smiles....and who can resist that big budda belly?

Can't you see I am crying

Jude during a moment of sadness....we turned off the computer....he was watching dinasours on youtube....over and over and over and over.

Who needs a Lazyboy?

Who needs a recliner when you can flip the chair pillows and lounge on top of them?!

exer-saucer

Jax is finally big enough to go in the exer-saucer, or as Burke and I call it the neglect-a-saucer.

Cooking with Mom

Jude often helps me cook, he NEEDED to wear the rubber gloves or as he calls them banana gloves.

Dad's hat

Jude was wearing one of Burkes hats and decided that Jax needed to wear one too.

Cute Jude

Jude and I were taking turns taking pictures of each other. I just like this one, he is so cute. I will not be posting any of the pictures Jude took of me....you would not want to see them....actually I deleted them.

Happy Birthday Nana

On Thursday we celebrated Nana's 60th birthday. We suprised her by all showing up in Virginia and having a big family diner and birthday party together. We were all able to make it except for Amanda's husband Brian who is in New Jersy training for a month. We misseed him and he missed a good party. Nana was very suprised and happy, we even made her cry...mission accomplished.

Mmmmmmm cake

Rory and Jude were really good helpers when it came to cutting the cake.

Nolin is ready for cake!

The Wole Gang

I love this picture of all of us minus Brian. We are a big group and it is so fun to get together. The kids play so well together and so do the adults. Happy Birthday Nana!!!

Jax after the Fair

Jax was pretty pooped out after the big adventure to the fun fair.

Fun Fair

At the DECC this weekend there was a Kids Fun Fair, Jude and his pal Cody along with Cody's twin brother and sister, Cooper and Rylee mom Erin, Jax Burke and me. It was fun, the big kids had a blast. We went on rides ate mini donughts, ok, I ate the mini doughnuts, any way it was fun for everyone to get out on a cold Sunday morning. Jude loved this dog, he was hugging him and wanted to be right next to him. We had to physically move him away so that other kids could see the fireman dog.

Jude spotted the police officer right away and got a junior police officer badge and his picture taken with a member of the DPD.

Both Jude and Cody "won" a beach ball at teh fair.
