Hockey

It is hard to believe it is almost 90 degrees, the air conditioning is on in the house and we started hockey today. Glen Avon had its skate with the Bulldogs. The kids were able to skate with both the men's National Championship team and the woman's hockey team. Jude was on cloud nine, Jax was too. They were so proud and thought that they had really made the big time. Jude said that when he grows up he wants to be a professional bulldog hockey player. Jax just said I'm a bulldog, I'm a bulldog. It is hard to see Jude and Jax in the group pictures but they are in there with huge smiles on their faces!

Jax and Preschool

Thursday was not only the first day of school it was Jax meet the teacher for Preschool. School starts on Monday for Jax and he is really excited!

First day of Kindergarten

The first day of Kindergarten for Jude. He was so excited he even woke up early and was ready for the day. Once we got to school he was excited to see his friends and be a big kid. When it was time for Burke and I to leave Jude had a nervous look on his face but held it together and had a wonderful day. When he got home from school that day he proclaimed that he ate his whole sandwich, played outside at recess and that school was awesome. I on the other hand cried....alot.

Fun with uncle Brent

The boys had fun at Uncle B's checking out the giant pumpkins and going for four wheeler rides.

Batman and a Puppie

We went to the Pride Festival last weekend where Jude and Jax jumped in bouncy houses, got their faces painted, ate "fair food" and danced to disco. What a great day.

Soccer

Jude has really really advanced in his soccer skills from last year. Last year he scored oen goal all year at the very end of the season, super exciting! To now where he scores on average of 5 or 6 goals per game. I actually told him that i would give him a dollar if he passed the ball to one of his team mates and they scored a goal. The goals are still exciting and Jude is having a blast so that is all that matters. Jax is just waiting until he can play on a real team next year.
